Majority of orders are shipped out the same day of purchase from our warehouse in California.

Orders must be received and payments cleared before 2 PM PST or your order may not be processed till the following business day.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

We do our very best to get your orders out of our warehouse and into your hands with the least amount of time possible.

Actual transit time may vary depending on the method of shipment.

Shipping rates are determined by USPS and UPS.

Tracking information is provided by email for all orders when the order is shipped.

FREE SHIPPING

Qualify for free shipping for orders being delivered within the United States.

Orders totaling $35 or more will receive an option at checkout for free USPS Standard shipping.

Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges may be refunded if the return is due to an error made by elago.

In all other instances, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

The customer is responsible for shipping and other charges to get the item(s) to us for refunds and exchanges.
